The inspiration comes from traditional Romanian costume and from the universe of ancient crafts: patiently hand-embroidered blouses, ritual textiles, household rugs, wrap-around skirts and aprons, geometric and floral motifs that have told stories, served as amulets and as signs of belonging. In “Origini,” these reference points are filtered through modern art and transformed into a clean, expressive, airy visual language. Motifs once embroidered by hand become bold graphic strokes, linear rhythms, and almost architectural compositions. Traditional borders are recomposed into minimalist registers, while black-and-white contrasts are staged with vivid, urban accents that bring energy and freshness.

The silhouettes have a ceremonial air: generous volumes, layers, and vertical lines that subtly recall festive attire, yet move naturally in everyday life.
